  • 3 cups paneer cubes
  • 3 Kashmiri red chillies, broken into pieces
  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 cup capsicum strips
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes
  • salt to taste

Quick Paneer Vegetable Recipe

To make instant paneer sabzi, combine the red chillies and coriander seeds in a small broad non-stick pan and sauté on a slow flame for 1 minute. Keep aside to cool down a bit.

Blend in a mixer to a fine powder and keep aside.

Heat the oil in a non-stick kadhai and add the cumin seeds.

When the seeds crackle, add the capsicum strips and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.

Add the prepared powder, tomatoes, salt and 2 tbsp of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.

Add the paneer, mix gently and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.

Serve the instant paneer sabzi hot.
