Punjabi Kadhi Pakaura Recipe – On hearing the name of Kadhi Pakora, we start thinking as if it is made in our house today and you are eating Kadhi and rice… Kadhi rice is one of the favorite recipes of Punjab. We make it once or twice in a month. Because it is very easy to make and it is also tasty. This is such a dish which is made tasty without very little oil and spices. It takes us 5-7 minutes to make Kadi Pakora and it is ready. So let’s see how Kadhi Pakora is made and what things we will need to make it….
Material:-
Ingredients for making dumplings: –
- Onion – 2 pieces
- Chili powder – 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
- salt – as per taste
- Green chili – 4 pieces (chopped)
- Gram flour – 1 cup
Ingredients For Making Link:-
- Gram Flour – 100 grams
- Curd – 1 cup
- Turmeric powder – 1 teaspoon
- Chili Powder – 1 teaspoon
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
- salt – as per taste
- Oil – 1 teaspoon
- Mustard – 1 teaspoon
- Cumin – 1 teaspoon
- Coriander seeds – 1 teaspoon
- Fenugreek seeds – 1 teaspoon
- Chilli – 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon – 1 piece
- Curry leaves – 2-3 pieces
- Onion – 2 pieces (chopped)
Pakoda Recipe
1. First of all, take a big bowl and put onion, green chili, chili powder, turmeric powder, gram flour and salt in it.
2. Then add 1-2 spoons of water to it and mix it well while breaking the onion. Then leave it covered for 5 minutes.
3. Then make small dumplings of onion and put it in it and fry it on high flame.
4. After a while turn it over and cook it on the other side.
5. When the onion becomes like this after frying, take it out on a tissue paper.
Our pakodas have been made, now let us make pakodas….
Method Of Making Kadhi.
1. First of all put (curd, gram flour, turmeric, powder, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and salt) in a bowl.
2. After that add some water to it and mix it.
3. Then put the pan on the gas and add oil, mustard, cumin, coriander seeds, fenugreek, dry chili, cinnamon, curry leaves and roast it for a while.
4. After that add onion and ginger garlic paste and fry it for a while.
5. Then pour gram flour batter into it and mix it quickly. (If needed, you can add more water as gram flour spreads a lot)
6. Cook it for 10-15 minutes while stirring.
7. Our Kadhi is almost ready, now you turn off the gas.
8. Then take it out in a bowl and put the pakora on it and garnish it with coriander leaves.
Suggestion:-
- Gram flour curry spreads a lot, so add a lot of water to the curry.
- Always keep stirring the curry so that it does not stick to the bottom.
