- 2 Green raw mangoes
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp cumin powder

- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp mint leaves

- Put the mangoes and water in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. 10 minutes of simmering is sufficient to make the meat tender.
