  • For the Sandwich:

  • Salt and pepper to season
  • 2-3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3-4 slices of Brie
  • For the Marinade:
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to season
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 basil leaves
  • 1 sage leaf
  • 1 small bunch rosemary, chopped
  • For the Spread:
  • 3 Tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp plum chutney
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Few drops of tobasco


1. Separate the broccoli into florets.

2.Grill all sides of the bell peppers, squash, zucchini, and eggplant. Brush with olive oil and herbs to finish.

3.For approximately 10 minutes, marinate the grilled veggies in the marinade.

4.Grill two slices of bread on both sides.

  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp Jaggery, grated
  • 1 tbsp Thyme, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup


1.Combine the chicken, tomato ketchup, gherkins, and chilli sauce. Worcestershire sauce, garlic, honey, salt, and black pepper powder.

2.Combine them thoroughly, then add the oregano. Mix thoroughly and chill overnight.

Prepare Avocado spread:

1.Grind the avocado with salt, coriander leaves, lemon juice, and chilli sauce in a food processor. Grind thoroughly.

Prepare Chilli Onion:

1.Heat the oil in a skillet, then add the butter and onion slices. Cook till the top is golden brown.

2.Now stir in the red chilli flakes, jaggery, and thyme. Combine thoroughly. Set aside the prepared chilli onion.

3.Slowly roast the red bell peppers.

4.Drain the chicken from the marinade and pan fried it for a few minutes.

5.Cover and leave to simmer until tender. After the chicken has cooled, cut it into tiny pieces.

6.Cut the multigrain bread in half and serve. Cover the loaf with the avocado spread.

7.Top with lettuce leaves, capsicum, onion, and chicken.

8.Cover the filling with the bread and serve while still warm.

  • 1 spring onions, chopped
  • 1/4 capsicum, chopped
  • 2 tbsp sweet corn
  • 1 Green chilli
  • to taste salt
  • 2 tsp Indian mustard
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander
  • 1 tsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 Lime
  • 2 tbsp raisins


1.Combine tamarind extract, sweet chilli sauce, mint sauce, and chaat masala in a mixing bowl. Combine them thoroughly.

2.Toast the bread with butter.

3.Add julienne onion, sliced tomatoes, and salt to taste to bread.

4.Dip the paneer in the mixture and spread it over the toast.

5.Stuff the bread with Kashmiri chilies and fried garlic.

6.Close the bread and brush the toast with refined oil to prevent it from sticking.

7.Toast both sides of the bread and your Paneer Toasties are ready to serve.

For Salsa:

1.Combine tomato, spring onions, capsicum, sweet corn, green chilli, salt, Indian mustard sauce, fresh coriander, tomato catch up, lime, and a few raisins in a dressing dish.
