Ingredients of Fish Popcorn
- 250 gms Fish Fillets
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
HOW TO MAKE IT
1.You must first wash the fish pieces. Ideally, cut into cubes. With a towel, pat dry.
2.Combine red chilli powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3.Mix well to coat the fish.
4.Make the flour mixture, spices, and water.
5.Crack an egg and season with salt and pepper to taste.
6.Dip the fish pieces in the batter first, then in the eggs. After that, cover them in breadcrumbs.
7.Repeat with the remaining pieces.
8.Fry all of the pieces in a deep fryer until brown.

HOW TO MAKE IT
1.Cut the fish into finger-sized pieces and marinade it in lemon juice, salt, garlic cloves, green chilies, basil leaves, and curry powder.
2.To a dish of bread crumbs, add grated Parmesan cheese and chopped basil leaves.
3.Dip the marinated fish in a mixture of maida, bread crumbs, and softly beaten eggs.
4.Fry it well in hot oil.

- 1 small ginger
- 2 Green chillies
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 3-4 Rawa fillets
- For the base:
- 100 gms bread crumbs
- 1 Egg
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 small ginger
- 1 Chilli
- A few leaves of mint
- to taste salt
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp saunf
- 4-5 Peppercorns
- 1 Bread slice
- 1 tsp oil
- Water
- 1/2 Lemon (juiced)
- 1 potato (mashed), boiled
- 2 tbsp flour (to coat)
- Oil (to pan fry)

HOW TO MAKE IT
Prepare the fish:
1.Steam the fish in a strainer in a pan with boiling water, ginger, green chilli, and garlic, and cover the pan.
Prepare the base:
1.Combine bread crumbs, egg, garlic, ginger, green chilies, fresh mint leaves, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, sliced bread, refined oil, and half lime juice in a blender.
2.Mash the fennel and black pepper in a mortar and pestle, then add to a blender.
3.Blend them together with a little water.
4.Place the steamed fish in the blender and mix until smooth.
5.Place them in a mixing basin and add one boiled potato for starch. Combine them thoroughly. Form it into cutlets and cover with flour.
6.Refrigerate it for 10 minutes.
7.In a small amount of refined oil, cook the cutlets on both sides.
8. Decorate with mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately.
4. Fish Koliwada Recipe
The name Koliwada is derived from the Maharashtra area and refers to a fishermen’s settlement. As a result, we’ve created a fried fish dish in which the fish is chopped and marinated in a thick batter of chilli sauce. If you enjoy spicy foods, this fish dish is for you.

- 120 gms Basa fish
- 5 gram Chilli paste
- 2 gram Salt
- 10 gms Mustard oil
- 1 gram Mustard seeds
- 1 gram Curry leaves
- 30 gms Besan
- 5 gram Degi mirch
- 5 gram Cumin powder
- 5 gram Garam masala
- 20 gms Corn flour
- 20 gms Rice flour
- 10 gms Fennel spice
- 1 Lemon
- 30 gms Chipotle mayo
- 100 gms French fries
- 2 gram Red chilli whole
- 100 ml Oil (for frying)
HOW TO MAKE IT
1. Begin with basa fish. Make 7 equal-sized pieces.
2.First, marinate the fish in a mixture of chilli paste and salt.
3.Heat the mustard oil in a pan.
4.Add mustard seeds and curry leaves and sauté till fragrant.
5.Now add the besan and gently toast it.
6.Leave it on the side to cool.
7.Combine corn flour, rice flour, cumin powder, garam masala, deghi mirch, and salt in a mixing bowl.
8.Combine the flour and water to make a batter. Incorporate the marinated fish into the batter.
9.Cover it and set it aside for 30 minutes.
10.Fry the fish in preheated oil.
11.Serve with a tomato onion salad and mint chutney.
5. Rava Fried Fish Recipe
This fried fish recipe is simple to prepare and packed with ginger, garlic, and red chilies. This fish dish, made with semolina, is a flavorful and tangy blend of spices that makes it a fantastic alternative for snacks at your next birthday or celebration with friends and family.
Ingredients of Rava Fried Fish
- 50 gms rava
- 3 Basa fish fillets
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 50 ml refined oil
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 2 lemons (quartered)
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Handful of coriander leaves
HOW TO MAKE IT
1.Combine ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric, and salt in a mixing basin.
2.Add 2 tablespoons refined oil and stir thoroughly.
3.Flavor the fish fillets with the paste before coating with rava.
4.In a heated pan, add a generous amount of refined oil and shallow fried the fillets.
5.Place some coriander on a dish.
