1. Paneer Popcorn Recipe

Ingredients of Paneer Popcorn
- 250 gms Paneer cubes
- 1/4 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp Dry Parsley
- 1/4 tsp Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 cup Besan (gram flour)
- 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 2 to 3 pinches Turmeric powder
- A pinch of Baking Soda
- Salt as required
- 5-6 tbsp Water
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
HOW TO MAKE IT
1.Combine paneer, Kashmiri red chilli powder, dry parsley, oregano, black pepper powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Gently fold in the paneer cubes to avoid breaking them.
2.Combine besan, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, and baking soda in a separate basin.
3.Add water to the basin and stir to create a thick batter. The batter should be smooth and lump-free.
4.Dip each paneer cube in the batter until well coated. Coat the paneer with breadcrumbs.
5.Fry the covered paneer till brown, and the paneer popcorn is done!
2. Paneer Tikki Recipe
Tikkis are one of India’s most popular street snacks. The paneer tikki is made with paneer and potatoes, seasoned with spices and chilies, then fried till crispy. Serve with onion rings and a mint or coriander chutney on the side.

- 200 Gram Paneer, mashed

HOW TO MAKE IT
1.Mash potatoes with paneer, atta, rock salt, pepper, green chilies, and tulsi till smooth and dough-like.
2.Shape into flat rounds (grease your hands if it sticks).
3.In a nonstick frying pan, melt a thin layer of ghee. Fry the rounds until crisp and golden on both sides over medium heat.
4.If necessary, add a bit extra ghee and serve hot with chutney.
3. Paneer Pakoda Recipe

- 1 Cup paneer
- 2 potato (boiled)
- 2 Green chillies
- 1/2 capsicum, finely chopped

- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves

HOW TO MAKE IT
1.In a mixing dish, combine the paneer and boiling potatoes.
2.Mix in the capsicum and all of the spice ingredients.
3.Cover and let aside for 15-20 minutes to allow the veggies to absorb all of the flavours.
4.Shape the mixture into little spherical balls. Set aside.
5.Make a maida slurry by combining the flour and water until it reaches the consistency of a drop.
6.Roll the paneer balls in bread crumbs after dipping them in the maida slurry.
7.Fry till golden brown. Serve with chutney or sauce and toothpicks inside each ball.
