  • 2 tsp Chinese Rice Wine
  • 1/2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cornflour

HOW TO MAKE IT

1. Combine chicken strips with white pepper and toasted sesame oil in a big bowl. For 10 to 15 minutes, marinate. Set apart.

2. Combine the rice vinegar, brown sugar, cornflour, Chinese rice wine, soy sauce, black soy sauce, and rice vinegar in a small bowl. Set aside.

3. Place a big frying pan or wok over high heat. oil, 1 tablespoon, is added. Add the chicken pieces to the heated oil and spread them out as much as you can.
