  • 2 Boiled Potatoes

  • 200 gram Poha

  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Haldi Powder

HOW TO MAKE IT

1.Saute mustard seeds, onions, curry leaves, peanuts, and green chilies in hot oil.

2. Add potatoes, haldi, and salt once the onions have become translucent (according to taste).

3. Wash, drain, and add the poha to the pan. Mix thoroughly. Maintain flame until food is done.

4. Add fresh coriander and lemon juice to the poha when it has finished cooking.

2. Uggani  Recipe

A type of upma prepared with puffed rice is called uggani. Clean the poha and wring off any extra water. The onion-tomato foundation is then ready, with peanuts and gramme dal added. Serve after adding the puffed rice and adding little lemon juice.

  • 3 Cups Puffed Rice

  • 1 medium Chopped onion and tomato

  • 4-5 tbsp Gram dal

  • 6-7 Curry Leaves
  • to taste Salt

HOW TO MAKE IT

1. Squeeze out any extra water after washing the puff rice in cool water.

Oil, curry leaves, mustard seeds, urad dal, and peanuts should all be added to a pan. until they are tender and brown.

3.Add salt, turmeric, and red pepper flakes to taste.

4.Next, add your tomato and onion, both diced. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes.

5. Add your puffed rice after the onions and tomatoes are tender.

6. Place your uggani in a dish and thoroughly combine them.

7. Finally, add some coriander leaves and eat it.

3. Besan Sooji Cheela Recipe

Just combine besan with sooji water, salt, garlic, onions, and tomatoes to create a batter. Then, pour it onto a flat pan and serve some fluffy, delectable cheelas as a quick breakfast.

  • 1/2 Cup sooji
  • 1/2 cup besan
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1 onion , chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1-2 Green chillies
  • 1 tsp garlic (crushed)

  • to taste red chilli powder
  • for garnishing coriander leaves

HOW TO MAKE IT

1.To produce a smooth batter, pour some water into a dish with the curd. Add some salt, besan, and sooji. Give it a 20–15 minute break.

2. Combine the onion, tomatoes, green chilies, garlic, and red chilli powder in the same bowl. If extra salt is required, add it.

3. Heat some oil in a flat pan. A ladleful of the batter should be poured in the centre and swirled to form a thin pancake.

1. Pour some oil into a pan.

3. Stir them thoroughly till golden brown.

4.Add chopped onions and curry leaves to the pan and stir-fry.

5.Combine salt, turmeric, red pepper flakes, and Pav bhaji masala.

6. Add chopped tomatoes and coriander stems to the top before combining it with the other ingredients in the pan.
