Ingredients of Banana Pancakes

  • 1 Cup All-purpose flour or maida
  • 4 tsp White sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • A pinch of Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 1/2 cup Milk
  • 25 ml Vegetable oil
  • 1 Banana, mashed
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Butter


1.In a mixing dish, combine the egg, butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Whisk thoroughly.

2.Mix in the mashed banana. Combine thoroughly.

3.Now sprinkle in the flour and baking powder. Stir well to avoid lumps.

4.Continue to stir in the milk until the mixture becomes a smooth paste.

5.Now heat a griddle and pour or scoop the batter onto it, about 1/4 cup for each pancake.

4. Besan Chila Recipe

Chila prepared with besan batter and seasoned with jeera powder, salt, and chilli is as simple as it gets. In two minutes, prepare the batter, and in another two minutes, your chila will be ready. When you need something quick and tasty, go for besan chila.

Ingredients of Besan Ka Cheela

  • 1 Cup besan
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp ajwain
  • 1 Green chilli
  • 1/2 cup methi leaves, finely chopped
  • 4 tsp oil (for frying)


1.Combine all of the ingredients, except the oil, to a thick pouring consistency, adding a little water at a time.

2.Set aside for 6-7 minutes to relax.

3.Heat about a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, then pour it into a container.

4.With the heat still on high, spoon some batter into the centre of the pan, spreading it out slightly.

5.Reduce the heat and continue to cook until the edges brown slightly and can be easily removed.

6.Dribble some oil around it, stirring the pan to get the oil beneath the cheela.

5. Mix Vegetable Idli Recipe

Prepare the idli batter ahead of time. Just soak sooji in water and curd for one or two hours. Add some onions, carrots, peas, or other vegetables of your choosing, plus some fruit soda, just before preparing the idlis, which will take around five minutes. As a mid-morning snack, dip the idli in chutney or sauce.

Ingredients of Mix Vegetable Idli

  • 1 Cup Besan
  • 1 cup Semolina
  • 1 medium chopped tomato
  • 2 small chopped carrot
  • 1 small chopped capsicum
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup Grated paneer
  • 1 tbsp Garlic and ginger garlic paste.
  • 3-4 Green chillies (chopped)
  • Spring onions (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Curd
  • Eno Powder for fermentation


1.In a mixing dish, combine the gramme flour and semolina.

2.Add salt, chopped capsicum, tomato, green chilli, ginger-garlic paste, chopped green garlic, carrot, green peas, chopped coriander, and curd.

3.Leave it to rest for around 15-20 minutes.

4.When finished, add paneer and stir well.

5.Grease the idli moulds with oil now. Fill half of the batter.

6.Steam for 10-12 minutes. With a toothpick, check to see if the idlis are cooked.

7.Serve and have fun!
