1. Melt 25 grammes of butter. Cook for 5 minutes after adding onion paste.
2.Add garlic paste and simmer for an additional 2 minutes. properly season.
3. Add prepared tomatoes and oregano. Simmer until extremely thick and well-reduced. Set alone for cooling.
For the patties:
1. Let milk-soaked breadcrumbs sit for 10 minutes. Add breadcrumbs to the tomato mixture after pressing out any extra milk.

HOW TO MAKE IT
1. To produce crumbs, pulse one hamburger bun in a food processor. Set aside.
2. Saute onions in a little salt and olive oil in a saute pan over medium-high heat until they are tender.

4. Place the bowl with the onion mixture. Set apart.
5.Add another tablespoon of olive oil to the pan and heat it over high heat before adding the salt and mushrooms. Let the mushrooms to sweat.
6. Lower the heat to medium and keep cooking the mushrooms until the liquid has evaporated and they are a rich golden brown colour.
7.Add the onion and mushroom combination into a bowl and put aside to cool for a few minutes.
8. In the meantime, softly toast the buns while melting some butter with garlic.
9. Add the sun-dried tomatoes, lentils, and half of the mushroom-onion mixture to the food processor and pulse until it is pasty but still has some bite. Pulse it slightly, do not puree.
10. Add the egg, a bit of salt, and some black and white pepper to the mixture in a mixing bowl.
11.Split the lentil mixture into four sections and roll each one into a ball before flattening it into a patty.
12. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the patties.
13. Warm the oil in the pan. Add the lentil patties and lightly fried them till deep brown and crisp on each side.
14. Bake the patties now for 5–6 minutes at 180°C.
15. Because the patties were shallow fried, meaning the surface is cooked but the middle is still mushy, we put it in the oven.
16. Top each sandwich with a lettuce leaf, tomato slice, and some caramelised onions.

- Scoop out the potato with a slotted spoon after cooking it in salted boiling water until it is soft. Five minutes after adding the wide beans to the water, drain, chill, and peel them.
- While waiting, mash the potato with half of the black beans until smooth. Add the remaining black beans and wide beans, and mash coarsely.
- After being fragrantly toasted in a dry pan, the spices are ground.
- The onion and pepper should be cooked in a frying pan with 1 tbsp oil until tender. Cook for a further few minutes after adding the garlic and chilies.
- Together with the lime juice, chopped coriander, and ground spices, stir the onion combination into the potato and beans. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
- Using moist hands, shape into 5 patties; refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- The patties should be coated in cornmeal before being rolled in vegetable oil and heated through over a medium heat until brown on both sides. Serve with sliced avocado and salsa.

1.In a heated skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the onions, leeks, celery, and corn. Season with salt and thyme and sauté for 5 minutes.
2. Peel, grate, or mash the cooked potatoes in a basin.
3. Combine the potatoes, corn, onion, leeks, and celery in a bowl.
