  • 6-7 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 250 gram tomato puree
  • 3 cup fresh cream
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 200 gram grated cheese
  • Basil leaves
  • Water

HOW TO MAKE IT

1. Bring a big pot of water to a boil, then when it begins to boil, add the pasta and salt. The spaghetti should dissolve in just enough water.

2. Once it is finished, put the pasta on a platter and drizzle it with olive oil.

3. Now, add butter and olive oil to a big pan. Once the butter has melted, add the onions and sauté them until they are transparent.

4. Next, add the tomatoes and garlic. Sauté them until they are tender.

  • 1 Kg chicken
  • 4 medium tomatoes (roughly cut)
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp salt (leveled or as to taste)
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder (heaped)
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds (sabut dhaniya), leveled
  • 100 gms ginger (cut in julienne)
  • 3/4 cup oil

HOW TO MAKE IT

1. Combine milk and coarsely diced tomatoes in a blender. Mix the tomatoes until there are no longer any pieces. For the time being, leave it in the mixer.

2. Add chicken to hot oil in a frying pan. Stir-fry the chicken until it begins to become white. Add salt and continue to stir-fry the chicken until it totally goes from pink to white.

3. Add the turmeric, coriander seed, and red chilli powder. Stir well to evenly distribute the spices over the chicken. Pour the tomato-milk combination at this time.

4.Add 1 1/2 cups of water to the same blender’s jug. Shake vigorously with the lid covered to thoroughly clean the sides.

5.Add the chicken to the water and combine. Turn up the heat and bring the flame to a boil. Julienned ginger should be added. Combine, cover, and cook the chicken for the desired doneness over medium heat, tossing periodically.

3.Drain the extra water and rinse the noodles in cold water when they begin to become little sticky.

4.Heat roughly 3 teaspoons of oil in a different pan.

5. Add the ginger and garlic pastes. Cook them well until golden brown.

6. At this point, add every veggie to the pan.

7.After thoroughly sautéing them, add tomato sauce, soy sauce, and green chilli sauce.

8. After thoroughly combining them, stir in the cooked noodles.

9. Thoroughly combine them with the veggies.

Serve warm.

5) Hummus Beiruti Recipe
