1. On the basis of the photo identity card, the candidate will be allowed to enter the center only after the identity is confirmed and after the search.

2.O. M.R. The candidate will have to bring his/her own transparent ball pen of blue ink for filling in the prescribed entries on the answer sheet and for circling the answers. No other type of pen is allowed.

3. In order to avoid inconvenience, candidates must be present at the examination center 01 hour 30 minutes before the time fixed for the commencement of the examination, so that their search by the vigilance team in respect of the banned materials is completed on time. And will also maintain complete peace in the center premises. You will be given entry in the examination hall only 30 minutes before the scheduled time for the examination. During this, any kind of your misbehavior will be considered as misbehavior and action can be taken against you.

4. The entrance of the examination center will be closed about 1 hour before the time fixed for the commencement of the examination and after that no candidate will be allowed to enter.

5. O. M.R. Candidates filling incomplete/wrong roll number in the sheet, filling the wrong roll number when two or more candidates fill the same roll number or sitting at the wrong place can be separated from the evaluation process.

6. Violating the instructions of the Board, punitive action can be taken against the candidate to cancel his examination and prevent him from appearing in any examination of the Board in future.

8. Dress Code:- The following dress code has been implemented for the candidates-

Dress code for the examinations held during the period from 01 November to 28 / 29 February :-

  • 1. Candidates should not come wearing coat, tie, muffler, jacket, jerkin, blazer, shawl, etc.; Do not come wearing clothes in which there is a possibility of hiding objectionable material etc. Women can come wearing rubber bands or simple hairpins in their hair. All the examinees must also come wearing masks.
  • 1. At the time of search at the examination center, the candidate will have to take off his warm sweater jersey / remove scarf etc. from the head and give the search.
  • iii. Candidates will not be allowed to come wearing full sleeve kurta, shirt, blouse etc. and wearing big button, any type of brooch (jadau pin) or badge or flower etc. in their dress.
  • iv. Candidates will not come wearing any type of jewelry like earrings, rings, bracelets other than thin bangles made of lac / glass. Wearing handbag, hair pin, ganda/amulet, cap/hat, scarf stole, shawl, muffler will not appear in the examination.
  • vi. If there is doubt/dispute regarding coming wearing any item or joining the dress code, then the decision of the officer connected with the examination at the center will be valid in this regard.
  • vii. As per the circular no. P.27 (14) Home-1/2008 dated 04.12.2019 issued by the Home Department, Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur, the candidates of Sikh religion were allowed to appear in the examination wearing religious symbols like kada, kirpan and turban etc. Candidates of this religion will have to be present at the examination center one hour and 30 minutes before and if during this screening any Sikh candidate is found carrying any suspicious device (SUSPECT DEVICE) with the above mentioned symbols, then he/she will not be allowed to take it to the examination hall. RSMSSB New Exam Guideline 2023 Dress code for examinations held from 01 March to 31 October

  • i. Male candidates will come in half sleeve shirt/ T-shirt, pant and slippers/ sleepers. 1. Female candidates will come wearing salwar suit or saathi half sleeve kurta/blouse, hawai chappal/slipper and wearing simple hair band.
  • iii. Candidates will not be allowed to come wearing full sleeve kurta, shirt, blouse etc. and wearing big button, any type of brooch (jeweled pin) or badge or flower etc. in their dress.
  • iv. Candidates will not come wearing any type of jewelery like bangles, earrings, bracelets other than lac/glass thin bangles.
  • Candidates will not appear in the examination center wearing any type of watch, sandals, socks, sunglasses, belt handbag, hair pin, ganda / amulet, cap / hat, scarf stole, shawl, muffler.
  • If there is doubt/dispute regarding coming wearing any item or joining the dress code, then the decision of the officer connected with the examination at the center will be valid in this regard.
  • According to circular no. 27 (14) Home-1 / 2008 dated 04.12.2019 issued by the Home Department, Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur, the candidates of Sikh religion should be allowed to appear in the examination wearing religious symbols like Kada Kirpan and Turban etc. Candidates of religion will have to be present at the examination center one hour and 30 minutes before and during this screening, if any Sikh candidate is found carrying any suspicious device (SUSPECT DEVICE) with the symbols mentioned above, then he will not be allowed to take it into the examination hall.
  • Candidates will be given entry in the examination center only after coming in the said dress code.
  • If the candidate sits on the other seat in the examination hall, sitting on the other seat, your absence can be registered and you can be deprived of taking the exam.
  • No one will be allowed to go out of the room for toilet and urination etc. till half an hour after the commencement of the examination and half an hour before its completion.
  • No candidate is allowed to appear in the examination without carrying the e-admit card.
  • Candidates may be searched before the commencement of the examination and during the examination.
  • On completion of the examination, O.M.R. The candidate will be allowed to leave the examination hall only after handing over the answer sheet.
  • Before writing the answer, the candidate should check the question paper booklet and OMR answer sheet thoroughly that the serial number of both is the same, the question paper in the question no. 1 to last question no. All the questions are printed village-wise and all the pages are attached from page to page. If there is any variation in the serial numbers of the question paper and answer sheet or there is any printing error, within 5 minutes of the commencement of the examination, collect the second copy of the question paper and answer sheet from Abhijagar, otherwise the candidate himself will be responsible for any error. The responsibility will be on the first page of the question paper and O. M.R. Read the instructions mentioned on the first page of the original answer sheet and the reverse page of the second copy (carbon copy) of the answer sheet. In case of difference between the English and Hindi translation of a question, the English language question will be considered correct.
  • Candidates shall not remove any page or part of the Question Paper Booklet during the examination. On doing so, apart from registering a criminal case by the board, punitive action can also be taken.
  • The candidate will have to follow the press releases and instructions related to the examination available on the Board’s website www.rsmssb.rajasthan.gov.in.
  • After the completion of the examination, the candidate will get the question paper booklet and O.M.R. Carbon copy of the answer sheet is allowed to be taken along. The original OMR sheet should not be torn apart by the candidate himself, otherwise he himself will be responsible for the damage to the OMR answer sheet. Abhijagar himself will carefully separate them and collect them. 18. It is mandatory to follow the dress code prescribed by the Board for appearing in the examination.
  • Specially abled persons, who are entitled to the facility of dictator under the rules, must submit an application for this facility along with the certificate issued by the competent medical officer to the Central Superintendent three working days before the due date of the examination, otherwise the facility will not be available. It will not be possible to get it done.
  • O. MR Making any mark or indication or writing in the answer sheet other than the prescribed entries / darkening of the answer circle is punishable. Please make entries in the OMR sheet only after carefully reading the instructions given on the carbon copy before filling the answer sheet (OMR). OMR If there is a tick mark on the answer sheet, partial circle filling or a small or light point of pen is also used in addition to the circle, then in that case also the answer will be considered wrong.
  • The master question paper and its answer key will be uploaded by the board on the website of the board as soon as possible after the examination. After the uploading of the answer key, objections will be invited on the question paper / answer key within a period of 72 hours. Fee amount of Rs.100/- will have to be deposited for each objection.
  • Do not believe the misleading propaganda being done on various social media regarding the examinations.
