Necessary Guidelines

By the letter dated 24.05.2018 of the Department of School Education and Language, Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur, council headquarter and dated 08.08.2018 and 24.09.2018 by reorganizing the block, district and divisional level offices and integrating them, the qualification of the post has been determined by accepting the post in the administrative system. Therefore, the qualification of the posts will remain as per the above orders.

The application for all the posts has to be made online through the staff window of Shala Darpan Portal of Rajasthan Education Department with their own login ID.
Information related to the applicant will be taken from Shala Darpan’s Form – 10 (P-10), so before applying the applicant make sure to update Form – 10 (P-10) (such as mobile number, e-mail, personal information, educational qualification and category). No modification will be possible after registration.
If the application is filled in erroneously by the applicant, the application can be canceled and re-application can be made before the last date and time.
At the time of applying on Shala Darpan by the applicant, OTP will come only on the registered mobile number on Shala Darpan.
Applications for the above posts can be filled from 19.07.2023 to 23.07.2023 till 12.00 midnight. (After that the link will be disabled)
The right to decrease / increase the number of vacancies of the above related posts will be reserved under the State Project Director, Rajasthan School Education Council, Jaipur.
All the posts published in the notification are of deputation, which will be filled by the personnel working in the Education Department under the State Government.
The tenure of the personnel posted in project offices will be of minimum one year, which can be extended for a maximum of four years as per rules (Rule 144 “A” of Rajasthan Service Rules 1951). But if the deputationist’s work is not found satisfactory or due to administrative reasons, the State Project Director, Rajasthan School Education Council, Jaipur can cancel the deputation and release him from work for the parent department.
Personnel working under Rajasthan Swachha Gramin 2011 service will not be eligible for application.
Salary and allowances will be given to the selected candidates according to their respective pay chain posts. Deputation allowance will be payable as per rules.
There should be a cooling off period of at least one year in the parent department after deputation from other department.
The selection process will not be done against the posts of the working personnel subject to the order of the Hon’ble Court.
Any disciplinary action / departmental inquiry is currently proposed / pending in the department against the candidate or those who have been punished in any way under the Rajasthan Civil Services Rules, 1958, will not be eligible for posting.
The applicant selected through the interview will have to present all the original documents mentioned in the application form at the time of joining the concerned office. If any kind of information given by the applicant in the application is found wrong, the deputation of the applicant will be canceled and disciplinary action will be proposed against him.
Jurisdiction of any kind of judicial dispute will be in the jurisdiction of Jaipur district.
The age of the applicant should not be more than 57 years as on 31.07.2023.
For all the posts, the applicant must have computer knowledge.
In addition to the desired district/block applied for by the applicant, deputation can be done elsewhere in the interest of the project.

Conduct Online Interview

In order to maintain social distance during the Corona period and to save the candidates from travel troubles, online interview facility has been started.
Interviews will be conducted online through Microsoft Teams.
All the applicants should make sure to install Microsoft Team software / app in their laptop / desktop / mobile and also make sure that the desktop and laptop have necessary equipment like camera and audio device (mic and speaker) and the candidate should use ear phone and mike at the time of interview.
Every applicant should ensure that he sits at a place where there is sufficient internet speed, power supply (power backup) and adequate lighting. Being convinced of the above arrangements, the candidate can give interview from any place according to his convenience.
Every applicant will have to appear online before the interview panel in a disciplined manner, in sober and decent dress.
Keep in mind that the camera of the candidate should remain fixed on the face and the frame should not be displaced elsewhere.
The applicant should keep his camera, mic, speaker etc switched off till the panel calls him.
The candidate will enter the virtual interview room only after the permission is given by the interview panel, so all the candidates keep patience and wait for their turn.
Make sure that there is no loud noise or disturbance in the area from where the candidate is giving the interview.
Interview date, slot, time details and the link of the respective panel room will be sent through text message on the mobile number of the applicant (which will be filled by the candidate in the application form). Therefore, keep checking text messages in your staff window / mobile.
Candidate should register himself/herself in Microsoft Team App with the same name as mentioned in the application form, the name of the applicant should appear in Microsoft Team App when the candidate enters the virtual interview room.
No other member should accompany/near the candidate at the time of interview.
