Other Conditions

The applicant himself will be responsible for the veracity and legality of the documents. Apart from depriving the applicant of selection for any kind of illegality, incompleteness or rigging, legal action can be taken against them.
Physical verification of documents will be done by the concerned selection committee and only after that the final merit list will be prepared. The schedule of physical verification will be published on the website of the society. The name of the person absent for physical verification will not be included in the priority list considering that he is not interested in this work.
The contract services of block resource persons which are proposed to be taken are being taken completely on temporary basis. In future, no right or claim suit will be accepted in the court regarding confirmation or being taken in government service by any person. Only one year contract will be made with the selected persons on monthly contract based services. After the expiry of the contract period, the period of the old contract will not be increased. Rather, on the basis of desirous and eligible/satisfactory performance of social audit work, retrenchment will be done and new contract will be made for the next 1 year. The selected person will have to fill a contract letter on non-judicial stamp of Rs.100 that he will not present his claim for government service in the state government or any court because these services are completely temporary and monthly contract based.
No applicant should be a member of any political party or any banned organization. The selected person will do social audit work completely impartially and non-politically.
In case of any difficulty in all the above mentioned selection process, all rights to resolve it, to settle any dispute, the appointing authority of these services i.e. Mr. Principal Government Secretary, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department, Co-Chairman, Executive Committee (EC) SSAAT Will get
