The rules have been changed from January 01, 2022 regarding Rajasthan unemployed allowance. Under the Mukhyamantri Yuva Sambal Yojana, now only youths who complete 04 hours internship per day will be able to get unemployment allowance. Professional courses like B.Ed., B.Tech, MBBS, Nursing and B. Pharma or Diploma pass unemployed youth will get allowance without training. Because their internship or training takes place during the duration of these courses. Other degree pass youths will have to do internship for 04 hours daily for three months. Who is Unemployment
Under the said scheme, the native graduates of Rajasthan and possessing its equivalent qualification, who are registered in the local employment office on the date of application, but have not got employment till the date of application, will be considered as unemployed.

Skill Training & Vocational Courses
Skill training- In Mukhyamantri Yuva Sambal Yojana, skill training means training received from Rajasthan Skill and Livelihood Development Corporation, which enables the trained beneficiary to get employment. This training will be of at least 03 months. Vocational course in Mukhyamantri Yuva Sambal Yojana means a course which is passed from a recognized University/Board/Industrial Training Institute, which makes one eligible for employment in the relevant field.
Internship
A period of learning on the job when a student or unemployed person with a bachelor’s degree gains practical work experience. Internship under Mukhyamantri Yuva Sambal Yojana means that the aspirant receiving unemployment allowance will give his services for 04 hours daily for practical work experience in any government department/government undertaking of the state. Under the Chiranjeevi Yojana in internship, work can be done by the beneficiary by making a help desk in every hospital. If applicant is linked with his parents in Jan Aadhaar card then applicant has to fill his/her father’s income and in own column write income as zero and place of work as unemployed and if applicant and his/her wife have separate Jan Aadhaar card So the applicant has to write the income of his wife and show himself as unemployed and show zero income.
The total income of the applicant in the income certificate has to be shown according to the category of the ration card. If the ration card of the applicant is of BPL, State BPL or Antodaya, then the applicant has to show his income less than 50000 rupees and the ration card is of general category. Applicant has to show his income above 50000.
