2.Combine besan, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, and baking soda in a separate basin.

3.Add water to the basin and stir to create a thick batter. The batter should be smooth and lump-free.

4.Dip each paneer cube in the batter until well coated. Coat the paneer with breadcrumbs.

2.Roast the besan and maida in a pan for 3-4 minutes.

3.Mix in the roasted besan, maida, and bread crumbs with the mashed potatoes. Combine all of the dry materials (masalas) listed in the ingredients list.

4.Remix everything. Take a little bit of the mixture and mould it into bondas by inserting a tandoori stick or thick straw between the bonds and shaping them accordingly.

5.Once formed, remove the stick and repeat the process.
