Oregano to taste

HOW TO MAKE IT

1. Dry roast the vermicelli till it turns a golden colour. Set aside. (Alternatively, you may use pre-roasted vermicelli.)

2. In a skillet, heat the oil and sauté the onions with the green chilli and ginger-garlic mixture.

3. Season with salt, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, and oregano. Sauté until the tomatoes are soft.

5. Add the toasted vermicelli and enough water to cover.

6. Stir in the garam masala, paneer cubes, and grated paneer. Serve garnished with coriander leaves and more grated paneer.

  • 45 gram Hung yogurt

HOW TO MAKE IT

Prepare chutney butter:

1.Wash and coarsely cut the mint, coriander, ginger, and green chilli.

2.Open the coconut and peel away the dark skin. It should be finely grated (30 gm grated coconut)

3.Grind the items listed above.

4.Taste for seasoning with lemon juice and salt.

5.Reserve half of the mixture for paneer roll filling.

6.To the remaining half, combine the yellow butter, Panko bread crumbs, Gruyere and Parmesan cheeses. To create herb butter, properly combine all of the ingredients.

1.Heat the oil in a kadhai and sauté the garlic and cumin seeds. Remove from the heat.
