- 1 tbsp Ginger
- 2 nos Green Chillies
- 1 nos Onion
- 1 nos Green Capsicum
- 1 nos Red Capsicum
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Sauce
- 1 tsp Soya Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Vinegar
HOW TO MAKE IT
1. In a bowl, place the paneer.
2. Include maida, black pepper, salt, and cornmeal.
3. Add little water and fully combine.
4.Fry the paneer in deep fat till it becomes golden.
5. Add garlic and ginger to oil in a pan.
6. Add onion and green peppers after a little sauté.
7.Combine and add the red and green capsicums.
8. Add the red chilli sauce, soy sauce, and vinegar after the cooked paneer.
9. Combine the ingredients in a pan and sauté.
Serve warm.

- 2 Tbsp celery-chopped fine
- 1 Tbsp flour, made into thin paste by adding water
- Oil for deep frying
HOW TO MAKE IT
1. Use the pancake ingredients to make the pancakes.
2.Over high heat, stir-fry the garlic and onions in 1 tablespoon oil until the onions start to soften.
3.While maintaining a high heat, add the remaining filling ingredients and flip the pan around several times.
4. Place a heaping tablespoon of filling on one edge of a pancake.
5.Roll over to the end, sealing that edge with the flour paste. Fold that edge over the filling, then place the two sides that have formed over the fold.
6. Sealing the contents in is crucial to preventing spillage when cooking. Cook the pancakes twice.
Honey Chilli Potato Recipe

- Spring onions (with stalk), fried
- 1 tbsp Garlic paste
- 1 Capsicum, sliced
- 2 tbsp Honey
- to taste Salt
- 1/4 tsp Soya sauce
- 3 tsp White sesame seeds
- 2 tsp Chilli sauce
HOW TO MAKE IT
Prpeare the potatoes:
1. Combine maida, salt, and red chilli powder in a bowl.
2. Include the thinly sliced potatoes and well combine to coat.
3.Deep fried the potatoes in hot oil until they are brown. Set apart.
Prepare the base:
1. Add oil, garlic paste, and spring onions to a wok. 1 minute of sautéing over high heat.
2. Include the peppers, honey, salt, soy sauce, and hot sauce. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Include the sesame seeds and deep-fried potatoes. Mix thoroughly, then warmly serve.
Gobhi Manchurian Recipe

- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup onions, finely chopped
- 1 large capsicum , chopped
- For sauce:
- 3 tbsp corn flour (blended with 1/2 cup water)
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp soya sauce
- 1/2 cup tomato puree
- 2 tbsp celery, chopped
- A pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp ajinomoto (optional)
- 2 cups water
HOW TO MAKE IT
1.Combine all of your ingredients, making ensuring that the cucumber florets are of a medium size.
2.To produce a thick batter, combine the egg, flour, garlic, ginger paste, and ajino moto. Coat the cauliflower with the batter.
3. Give the coated cauliflower five to ten minutes to rest.
4.Heat the oil, then fried the cauliflower until it is crisp and golden brown. Make sure the heat is high before frying the cauliflower.
5.Leave the cauliflower to drain on a tissue or other absorbent material.
6.Over high heat, stir-fry the garlic and onion in 2 tbsp oil. Cook until the onion is transparent.
7.Add the capsicum and give it a couple full turns.
Prepare the sauce:

Prepare the dish:
1. Pour the sauce in gradually and allow it to boil. You’ll notice that the mixture starts to dry up and thicken over time. Till the sauce seems a little transparent, continue cooking.

- Cornflour/ corn starch mixed with 4 tbsps water 3 tablespoons
- 2 tsp Vinegar
HOW TO MAKE IT
1. Slice the onion and capsicum into thick strips.
2. Warm up some oil in a nonstick pan. Create thick rectangles out of paneer.
3. Toss the onion, capsicum, and salt in the pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Incorporate into a bowl.
4.Add garlic and ginger paste to the same pan of heated oil and sauté. Mix in salt, chilli paste, and sweet chilli sauce. Mix with 1/2 cup of water. Add the cornflour mixture, stir, and simmer until the sauce slightly thickens.
5. Gently stir in paneer pieces. Mix in 1 tablespoon of honey and the chilli flakes. Remix after adding vinegar. Add salt, then stir. Sautéd onions and peppers should be added.
6. Add Honey Chilli Paneer on top. Serve it right away after adding the last of the honey.
