HOW TO MAKE IT

1. Boil water in a pan with salt and noodles for 5 to 6 minutes over medium heat.

2. After straining the noodles, add 1 teaspoon of oil, combine, and let aside for 10 to 15 minutes.

3. In a basin, crack the eggs. Add salt and ground black pepper. It has been thoroughly combined.

4. Prepare an omelette and chop it up. With the same wok that you would use to cook noodles, you can also create scrambled eggs.

1. Bring 5 cups of water, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of oil to a boil in a large pot.

2.Observation: Add the noodles and cook them until they are “bite like”—a cut should be felt through when the noodles are pinched between the thumb and fingers (that is, it should offer some resistance). If done too much, the texture won’t be seen on the nail, and if done too little, you’ll need to exert some pressure and the interior will be whiter.
