Educational Qualifications

Regularly holding comparable positions in the Central Government. OR with five years’ regular service in Pay Level – 4, VII CPC (Rs 25500-81100) (erstwhile Rs 4000-6000) or equivalent in Central Government in the grade provided after appointment thereto. And
3 years’ diplomas in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Naval Architecture and Ship Construction Engineering from an Industrial Training Institute or its equivalent, or two years diploma or certificate in commercial art from a recognised institute with three years of draughtsmanship experience in a reputable organisation.

Age Limit

The maximum age restriction for deputation appointments should not exceed 56 years as of the closing date for receipt of applications.

Salary

The shortlisted applicants will be offered a Pay Level 6 (Rs. 35,400 – 1,12,400).

Copies of the last five years’ CR dossiers/APARS, fully attested by an officer of the level of Under Secretary of the Government of India or higher.
Certificate of Vigilance Clearance.
Certificate of Integrity.
A list of big and minor penalties levied in the previous 10 years.
Certificate of Cadre Clearance.
Self-attested copies of certificates/mark sheets proving educational/technical/other credentials, etc. When requested, original certificates/mark sheets should be presented.
A passport-size photograph that has been certified on the back (by a current employer) should be attached to the application.
