  • 3 ounces of finely chopped walnuts, 3/4 cup
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose unbleached flour
  • One tablespoon of baking soda
  • Half a teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 kosher salt spoon
  • One sugar cup
  • Two huge eggs
  • Canola oil, half a cup
  • 3 Medium overripe bananas, mashed (about 1 1/4 cups).
  • Pure vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon

How To Make IT

  1. Set the oven’s temperature to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Use cooking spray to coat a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. For 5 to 8 minutes, or until aromatic, spread the walnuts out in a pie pan and toast them in the oven. Let cool.
