- To guarantee that the Background Verification (BGV) process is finished within the TAT, interim BGV reports for lateral recruits must be ready before the DOJ appointment and RED BGV cases must be resolved.
- Should be in charge of timely probationer confirmation by making sure joining kit and employee personnel data are updated on the system within the specified timeframes.
- To internal stakeholders, frequent updates and MIS must be provided.
