2. Add hing, rye, zeera, and all of the chopped veggies to the oil in a deep pan. Well, sauté.

3. Now add salt and red chilli powder along with the chopped onion, tomatoes, and capsicum. Well-fry them.

4.Combine it with chopped red and green chilies, vinegar, spaghetti sauce, and soy sauce. Mix thoroughly.

5.Add the idlis to this mixture and stir-fry everything together. The masala should be well infused into the idlis.

6.Before serving, garnish with chopped coriander.

  • 3 cups besan
  • Water
  • Onions – chopped fine
  • Chat masala

HOW TO MAKE IT

1. Prepare a mixture of tamarind, coriander, coconut, ajwain, salt, and brown sugar for the stuffing.

For the peppers:

1. Cut lengthwise slits into the green peppers and scoop out the seeds.

2. Simmer them in salt over a low heat until they are tender.

3. Drain the water, then set the items aside.

4.A thick batter will now be created by combining the besan and water.

5. Pour oil for deep frying into a pan.

6. Fill the slit chiles with the stuffing paste using a spoon, dunk it in the besan batter, and cook it right away in the pan.

2. Use the batter to cover each slice of bread before frying it.

3.Add chaat masala and serve with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.

7. Chicken 555 Recipe

Want to prepare a spicy, zesty chicken dinner in less than 30 minutes. A good dish to try is Chicken 555. Before being fried in this dish, the meat is marinated in an egg, rice flour, corn flour, salt, food colouring, and spices.

Ingredients of Chicken 555

  • 500 gms chicken strips
  • 4 Green chillies
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • to taste salt
  • to taste red chilli powder
  • 1/2 Lemon (juiced)
  • A pinch of red food colour

HOW TO MAKE IT

1. Marinate the chicken pieces in an egg mixture with corn and rice flour, salt, food colouring, and all other spices excluding green chilies. Set aside for at least 30 minutes.

2. In the meantime, sauté green chilies and onion slices till they get coloured. Place in a basin.

3.Deep fried the chicken pieces in the marinade before adding them to the dish with the onion and green chilies. Sprinkle lemon juice and serve.
