2.With a sharp knife, roll it into a square or circular chapatti and cut into thin pieces.

- 1 cup Spinach (chopped), blanched
- 1 medium Eggplant
- 1/2 cup Mixed olives
- 1-2 Green chillies, chopped
- 1 cup Tomato puree

- 1 cup Cream
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 150 gram Butter (cut into cubes)
HOW TO MAKE IT
1. Boil the pasta in salted water for 9 to 11 minutes.
2.Drain and place on a tray or platter.
3.Heat some olive oil in a heavy-bottomed pan.
4.Saute the onions, garlic, and chilies for 2 minutes.
5.Sauté the bell peppers and eggplant for 2 minutes before adding the mushrooms, olives, and spinach.

5.Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling water until al dente, then drain.
6.Combine with the sauce in a serving dish. Pour some olive oil over the spaghetti and toss with the sauce.
7.Top with grated Parmesan cheese and serve.
