1. In a medium saucepan, combine the milk, white chocolate, vanilla, and a bit of salt (if using). Over low heat, whisk constantly until the chocolate has melted and the liquid is smooth (do not boil). Serve right away.

6. Place in a thali and pat to level.

7.Pat back any ghee that may float to the top instead of removing it.

8. Cool, slice, and serve.

10. Kaju Ki Barfi Recipe
