Eligibility Criteria

He/she must have had between two and six years of recognised stenographer-grade ‘D’ service by the important date.
Candidates must have passed the 12th grade or an equivalent exam from a reputable board or institution.
Any stenographer who is a Grade “D” must use computers to type his or her shorthand notes if they plan to take part in the Limited Departmental Competitive test for promotion to Personal Assistant.

Age Limit

For both the recruitment years 2018 (as of 01.07.2018) and 2019 (as of 01.07.2019), the candidate must be older than 50.
