1. Khasta Sabudana Ki Tikki :

Ingredients of Khasta Sabudana Ki Tikki
- 125 gms sabudana
- 130 gms potato
- 5 gms green chilli, chopped
- 3 gms cashews, chopped
- 3 gms cumin powder
- 3 gms dry mango powder
- 2 gms sendha namak
- 300 ml oil
HOW TO MAKE IT
1. Drain the sabudana the following day after an overnight soak.
2. Boil and mash the potatoes. Sabudana pearls, green chilies, cashew nuts, cumin powder, dry mango powder, and sendha namak should all be combined.
3. Form the mixture into tiny, equal-sized patties, and cook them in heated oil until golden brown.
4. Pass the mint chutney alongside.
2. Sabudana Bhel :
during sabudana bhel is simply the crispy vrat snack that you won’t be able to get enough of, so if you thought you have to entirely give up on street snacks during vrat season, think again. This quick evening snack, which only takes ten minutes to prepare, is packed with crunchy almonds and potato fries.
Ingredients:
- Nylon Sago/Sabudana – 1 Cup
- Chopped Boiled Potato – 1
- Chopped Tomato – 1
- Fried Peanuts – 2 Spoon
- Sendha Namak
- Black Pepper
- Pomegranate Arils – 2 Spoon
- Lemon Juice
- Powdered Sugar – 1 Spoon
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Sago/Sabudana is dry roasted; set aside. Small batches of the roasted Sabudana are deep fried at a time in hot oil in a deep pan over a low to medium temperature.
- Keep the pan partially covered with a lid during cooking since they can pop out.
- Place them in a basin after being removed from the tissue paper.
- In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients (chopped potato and tomato, pomegranate seeds, fried peanuts, lemon juice, and powdered sugar).

3. Sabudana kheer :

- 1/4 Cup sabudana (tapioca)
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
- 1 tbsp dry fruits (mixed)
HOW TO MAKE IT
1. Soak the sabudana for 30 minutes in water.
2. In a cup of water, soften sabudana that has been soaked. Mix in the milk, sugar, and cardamom powder. Till the milk thickens, thoroughly mix.
3. Bring it to a boil. Serve the dish with a dried fruit garnish.
4. Sabudana Vada :
This is a simple recipe that may satisfy your vrat cravings as well as being a popular morning or evening snack. The soft and crispy vadas are ready to be munched on once you avoid using onions and garlic and substitute sendha namak.
Ingredients of Sabudana Vada
- 1 Kg Potatoes (peeled and mashed), boiled
- 1 Cup Sabudana
- 2 tsp Salt or sendha namak (rock salt)
- 1/2 Cup Peanuts (coarsely pounded)
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 Tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 tsp Green chillies , chopped
- 1 Tbsp Lemon juice
- For deep-frying Oil
HOW TO MAKE IT
1.Wash the saboodana and soak it for approximately an hour in water that is covered.
2. Drain the potatoes in a colander and combine with the salt, coriander, green chilies, peanuts, chilli powder, and lemon juice.
3.Roll the ingredients into flat, oblong patties and cook them in hot oil.
4. Present hot and crunchy.
5. Sabudana seekh kebab :

Ingredients of Sabudana Seekh Kabab
- 2 Cups mashed potatoes, boiled
- 1 cup soft sabudana (sago), soaked
- 5 tbsp groundnut powder, roasted
- 2 tsp curd
- 4-5 red chilli, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp rajgira flour
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar (optional)
- Oil or ghee
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves (optional), chopped
HOW TO MAKE IT
1. Mix in the mashed and cooked potatoes with the sabudana.
2. Combine with curd, finely chopped red chile, chopped coriander leaves, roasted groundnut powder, salt, and a dash of sugar.
3. Gently work dough into a ball.
4.Place the dough on the seekh or skewers, and then cook over high heat.
5. Apply ghee using a brush. Cook till browned all over.
Serve hot with any chutney, if desired.
