Paneer Tikka is a favorite recipe of North India, you can eat it with anything like rice, dal, roti or you can eat it as a snack with tea. Can | It takes very less oil to make it. We do not need much to make this, I am using paneer, tomato, onion and capsicum in this, so let’s see how we make paneer tikka without oven.
Ingredients for Paneer Tikka:-
- Paneer: 150 grams
- Tomato: 2
- Onion: 2
- Capsicum: 1/2
- Gram flour: 3 teaspoons
- Curd: 4 tbsp
- Red chili paper: 2 teaspoons
- Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder: 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala (Homemade Garam masala): 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 1 teaspoon (as per taste)
- Lemon Juice: 1 teaspoon
- Butter: 100 grams
Method of making Paneer Tikka:-
1. First of all cut paneer into medium size pieces, also cut capsicum and tomato and remove their seeds.
2. Then forget the gram flour for a while.
3. Now take curd in a big bowl and put the roasted gram flour in it.
4. After that add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt.
5. Then add water little by little and prepare a thick batter.
6. Then put lemon juice in it.
7. Now put all the vegetables in it and mix it well.
8. Then put the paneer pieces in it and mix it gently so that the paneer pieces do not break. And leave it covered for 10 minutes.
9. Here I had kept the bamboo sticks soaked in water (so that the wood does not burn while cooking the tikka).
10. After 10 minutes take it out and alternately put it in the wood like first tomato then paneer then capsicum.
11. And we have prepared the tikka by putting it in the wood, now we will cook it.
12. Now place the griddle on the gas and put butter in it and then place paneer tikka on it and cook on medium flame.
13. Then turn it over and put a little butter on top and cook it like this while cooking it all around.
14. And our vaccine is almost cooked from all sides.
15. Now remove the pan from the gas and cook it like this on the gas.

Suggestion:-
- Frying gram flour changes the taste of tikka a lot.
- If you want, you can also use an iron rod.
- By soaking the wood in water for a while, the wood does not move while cooking and the vaccine gets cooked well.
- While pouring PK into the wood, pour all of them one by one.
- After cooking the griddle, cooking it on the gas for a while gives a smoky type of test to the tikka, which is very good.
