There will be 2 papers in the written examination
There are 2 papers in NDA written exam (NDA Exam Pattern). Candidates who pass the written test are called for interview. In the written examination, Paper-I is of Mathematics and Paper-II is of General Ability Test. It is a total paper of 900 marks, out of which Paper-I is of 300 marks and Paper-II is of 600 marks. NDA written exam syllabus is similar to CBSE 10+2 syllabus. 120 questions are asked in Mathematics paper and 150 questions are asked in GAT paper. Both the papers are of two and a half hours. The General Ability Test is also divided into two parts- English and General Studies.
NDA Math Paper Format
Know NDA Math Paper Format to be successful in NDA Exam. Through this paper the marks and calculation ability of the students is tested. 120 questions are asked in this paper of total 300 marks. Two and a half marks are awarded for each correct answer and 0.85 marks are deducted for the wrong answer.
NDA General Ability Paper Format
NDA General Paper is also of two and a half hours (NDA Exam Pattern 2022). In this, 50 questions from General English are asked, which are of 200 marks. Paper 2 will consist of 25 questions of Physics of 100 marks, 15 questions of Chemistry of 60 marks, 10 questions of General Science of 40 marks, 20 questions of History of 80 marks, 20 questions of Geography of 80 marks and 40 marks of Current Affairs. 10 questions are asked.
