  • Having the nationality of the ADB borrowing country.
  • Having the nationality of the Japanese ODA.
  • There is no dual citizenship in any developed country.
  • Be in good health.
  • Secure Master’s admission in a specified institution.
  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree with excellent academic marks.
  • Minimum 2 years full time work experience after university degree.
