प्रत्येक क्षेत्र में जिलों की संरचना इस प्रकार है:

जोन- I: श्रीकाकुलम, विजयनगरम और विशाखापत्तनम। (एसकेएम, वीजेडएम, वीएसपी)

जोन- II: पूर्वी गोदावरी, पश्चिम गोदावरी और कृष्णा। (ईजी, डब्ल्यूजी, केएसटी)

जोन- III: गुंटूर, प्रकाशम और नेल्लोर। (जीएनटी, पीकेएम, एनएलआर)

जोन- IV: चित्तूर, कडपा, अनंतपुर और कुरनूल। (सीटीआर, सीडीपी, एटीपी, केएनएल)

अन्य राज्यों से संबंधित उम्मीदवार स्थानीय आरक्षण के हकदार नहीं हैं।

Age Limit :

G.O.Ms.No.105, GA (Ser-A) विभाग, दिनांक 27.09.2021 के अनुसार, उम्मीदवारों की आयु 01/07/2021 को न्यूनतम 18 वर्ष और अधिकतम 42 वर्ष होनी चाहिए।

आयु में छूट नीचे दिए गए विवरण के अनुसार श्रेणियों पर लागू होती है:

OR U.S or LCE or LME or LAE or LSE or DCE Diploma issued by the State Board of Technical Education and Training A.P or any other qualification recognized as equivalent thereto.
03	Assistant Engineer (ENV) in PH & ME Sub- ordinate Service	A four year Degree in B.E / B.Tech., in Environmental Engineering OR B.E/B.Tech.,/AMIE (Civil) from any University established by an Act of Government of India OR State Act and recognized by the University Grants Commission and approved by AICTE. Note: Degree obtained through distance mode is not eligible for appointment.
04	Assistant Engineer in Endowment Sub- ordinate Service	Must possess a Diploma in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical) issued by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh.
05	Assistant Engineer (PH) in A.P Public Health & MPL Engineering Sub- ordinate Service	A Degree in B.E Civil or Mechanical of a University established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, State or Provincial Act or Institution Recognized by UGC or B.Sc (Engineering) Degree of the Benaras Hindu University or A pass in sections ‘A’ & ‘B’ of the AMIE (India) Civil examination or LCE Diploma or any other equivalent Diploma of any recognized Institute or LME Diploma of any recognized Institute or LSE Diploma awarded by the State Board of Technical Education and Training Note: 1. Provided that, the recruitment of persons with L.M.E Diploma /Degree in Mechanical Engineering of any Institution Recognized by the Government in any year shall not exceed 10% of the total number of estimated vacancies in that year. 2. Provided further that, the candidates possessing the qualifications in terms of (4) to (6) above will be recruited only if candidates possessing the qualifications in terms of (1) to (3) are not available.
06	Municipal Assistant Engineer (Civil) in A.P Public Health & MPL Engineering Sub-ordinat Service	L.C.E or its equivalent qualification. or A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering of a university in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, State Act or an Institution Recognized by the UGC/AICTE or a pass in Section ‘A’ and ‘B’ of AMIE(India) examination in Civil Engineering.
07	Assistant Engineer (Civil) in A.P Ground Water Sub-ordinate Service	Diploma in Civil Engineering or any other equivalent qualification.
08	Assistant Engineer (Civil) in A.P. Water Resources Sub-ordinate Service	Must possess a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree qualification in Civil Engineering of a University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, Provincial Act or a State Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission / All India Council for Technical Education or an equivalent qualification.
09	Assistant Engineer (Mechanical) In A.P. Water Resources Sub-ordinate Service	Must possess a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree qualification in Mechanical Engineering of a University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, Provincial Act or a State Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission / All India Council for Technical Education or an equivalent qualification.

Application Fee :

आवेदक को रुपये का भुगतान करना होगा। 250/- (रुपये दो सौ पचास मात्र) आवेदन प्रक्रिया शुल्क के रूप में और रु. 80/- (रुपये अस्सी मात्र) परीक्षा शुल्क के रूप में।
हालांकि, निम्नलिखित श्रेणियों के उम्मीदवारों को परीक्षा शुल्क के भुगतान से केवल 80/- रुपये की छूट दी गई है।
एससी, एसटी, बीसी, पीएच और भूतपूर्व सैनिक।
नागरिक आपूर्ति विभाग, एपी सरकार द्वारा जारी घरेलू आपूर्ति व्हाइट कार्ड वाले परिवार। (आंध्र प्रदेश के निवासी)
G.O.Ms.No.439, G.A (SER-A) विभाग, दिनांक: 18/10/1996 के अनुसार बेरोजगार युवाओं को आयोग को उचित समय पर घोषणा प्रस्तुत करनी चाहिए।
अन्य राज्यों के ऊपर उल्लिखित श्रेणियों (शारीरिक रूप से विकलांग व्यक्तियों और भूतपूर्व सैनिकों को छोड़कर) से संबंधित आवेदक शुल्क के भुगतान से छूट के हकदार नहीं हैं और किसी भी प्रकार के आरक्षण का दावा करने के हकदार नहीं हैं।
अन्य राज्यों से संबंधित उम्मीदवारों को रुपये के प्रसंस्करण शुल्क के साथ 80 / – रुपये (केवल अस्सी रुपये) के निर्धारित शुल्क का भुगतान करना होगा। 250/- (रुपये दो सौ पचास मात्र) विभिन्न चैनलों के माध्यम से जैसा कि पैरा-8 में दर्शाया गया है। अन्यथा ऐसे आवेदनों पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा और इस पर कोई पत्राचार नहीं किया जाएगा।

नोट: सुधार के मामले में 100/- रुपये प्रति सुधार शुल्क लिया जाएगा। हालांकि नाम, शुल्क और आयु में छूट के लिए परिवर्तन की अनुमति नहीं है।
